***To earn the PDCA Versatility Level III award, the Pug and Handler must earn 7 titles in 3 of 6 different categories. Lexi had a Conformation title (Champion), two Obedience titles (CD, CDX), and four Rally titles (RN, RA, RE, RAE)

***To earn the RN, RA, and RE titles, the Dog and Handler must qualify at three different AKC Rally Trials performing “obedience-type” exercises of increasing difficulty that are described on “Rally Signs” set up in the ring as a course to be followed in a specific order.
***To earn the RAE title, the Dog and Handler must qualify on the Advanced & Excellent courses (as described above) on the same day at ten different AKC Rally Trials***
Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) Title
Lexi’s earned the Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) Title on 9/25/2021.

Lexi earns AKC Companion Dog Excellent (CDX)
To earn a CDX title, the Dog and Handler must qualify at three different AKC Obedience Trials performing the following exercises:
1) Heel off leash at the Handler’s left side around the ring as several commands are given by the Judge to move forward, turn and stop;
2) Follow hand/verbal commands to sit or stand or lie down at 15 ft and 30 ft away from the Handler;
3) Retrieve a Dumbbell thrown away from the Handler on the flat surface and over a jump and return the Dumbbell to the Handler;
4) return to the Handler from across the ring when called, and midway through this recall, the dog must “lie down” when directed by the Handler;
5) jump over a Broad Jump when directed, and return immediately to a sit position in front of the Handler
